Life 5 eliminated vaginal yeast infection

I've had a real problem lately with vaginal yeast. Have been through several courses of prescription meds, including oral pills and painful creams. But wanted to try something more 'natural'. So when it flared up again this week, I douched using a rinse of water mixed with the powdered contents of one Life 5 caplet. The active cultures in the Life 5 counteracted the yeast, and I feel GREAT!!

Use Aroma Siez with Dragon Time. Dilute 1-2 drops in 1 oz. V6 Mixing Oil or Massage Oil Base and use in a douche once daily for two weeks. This recipe is the one I used a long time ago. It worked so well, I was back to normal in 36 hours!! The V6 Mixing Oil is the only carrier oil I trust as far as purity.


I haven't had a yeast infection now in years since using Alkalime supplement everyday to help balance my pH.

My daughter had tried a lot of over the counter products nothing was working. She asked me if I had any oils for yeast. I got out my EDR, the only oils I had was peppermint and lavender, so she put them on tampon. It was a little hot for a few seconds, and then relief, she could not get over how fast it worked. We love our oils!


Yeast infections helped with Melrose

I was on a lot of antibiotics for awhile and suffered yeast infections for an ongoing basis and typical treatments only gave short term relief. I started to mix a few drops of Melrose with a few drops of mixing oil and had noticeable relief the next morning. (Obviously, apply internally.) I continued whenever it flared up until my antibiotics was gone and suffered much less!

Because I am overweight and a diabetic I have problems with yeast infections. I have found a (helpful) solution in Melrose oil and aloe vera. After my shower I apply a mixture of about one tablespoon aloe with four to six drops of Melrose oil. I apply this everywhere it is needed. I also found that this mixture worked to get rid of a bladder (challenge) that I had been trying to get rid of for several days.

A few things that I have done in the past for yeast (challenges):


MYRRH OIL! Very soothing! Just applied it topically. We have used oils in a vaginal insert. I just fill OO capsules and insert them then go to bed. Inserting a tampon to 'keep the oils in' may be a good idea too.


My personal favorites are:
RC oil...very cooling and kills the itch IMMEDIATELY!
Melrose oil...same as above
Rosemary oil, we diluted this one 50/50 in a capsule.
Melaleuca Ericafolia...very soothing and gentle.
Gentle Baby oil, very cooling, a bit 'tingly' but not painful.


I used oils for five days on , three days OFF then five more days. No more yeast infection. Women can also use PLAIN (no sugar) yogurt too as a vaginal insert, very cooling and comfortable. I have found TREMENDOUS relief douching with a MILD solution of Young living Alkalyme. All it takes is about a teaspoon of Alkalyme to a quart of water. I would also not hesitate to open some Acidophilus capsules and douche with them.


I just looked in the Essential Oils Desk Reference. Let me give you MY personal opinion on some of the oils listed there (under vaginal yeast infections)
getting any where NEAR the genitalia! OUCH!!! Even diluted, I would not advocate Purification, Bergamot, Mountain Savory, PEPPERMINT, SPEARMINT, THYME, Cinnamon, CLOVE, or Juniper! YOUCH!!! THAT section must have been written by a MAN, for SURE!! *grinning!*


I HAVE personally used the ones I mentioned above though and there was VERY LITTLE irritation, and usually, just a cooling, comfortable feeling!

Thieves and candida

I'm a nurse so I know all too well what doctors will be prescribing for candida. When the heat got to me and I had a case of candida in my underarm area as well as in the folds of other skin areas, I tried Thieves spray topically and the oil blend orally. WOW in just a few days, all was healing and the results were more rapid than with any medication prescribed! I was delighted. I use Thieves all over my home and at the office to help eliminate germs of all kinds!

Systemic candida linked with PMS/perimenopausal symptoms. This may sound gross to anyone who has not suffered the itch of Candida. I'm detoxing from arsenic poisoning and the arsenic flooding out has turned my ph VERY acidic. I have NEVER been so acidic in my memory! The result is Candida and irritation of 'delicate tissues'. In fact the itch was driving me NUTS. I tried Melrose splashes, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic paste and maybe a few other things I can't recall.


This AM after my shower, I splashed on some Claraderm. I ordered it since it was going to be discontinued and discovered that it healed some 'toxic bumps' that came up on my nose because of the arsenic detox, so I just grabbed it this AM. A friend of mine called me recently saying she had gone to the doctor and found out that the source of her recent headaches was an overgrowth of yeast in her intestines. He didn't seem concerned about it so she asked me what to do. Was not sure about what I had that could be used in the diet so I gave her some Melrose and suggested that she dilute it in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and use a bulb syringe to squirt it where it needed to go. Then I gave her some probiotics to follow-up with to enhance her friendly flora. She had relief within 24 hours.


Systematic candida

I am getting help with my systematic candida with the protocol in the Young Living Essential Oils Desk Reference. I am taking NingXia Red 1 ounce daily, Longevity 2 or more daily depending on how I feel, and using Peppermint, Lemon and Lavender daily between meals with rice milk. I also use Alkalime and Polyzyme, am using Juvapower once or twice a day and taking 1 drop of Di-Gize with Cinnamon and olive oil in a capsule daily with meals. I also use a vaginal suppository at night with a drop of oil and olive oil. I alternate the lemon, peppermint and lavender.


I feel like I can get over this systematic candida in time with the Young Living protocol and avoiding sugar. I have started using Dill on my wrists for my sugar cravings. When I first started taking NingXia Red I could feel the first ounce go through one kidney. The Longevity did the same thing at first also.


Since I started this Young Living protocol for systematic candida I have only missed one day of work in 2 months with a sinus headache. The first time I started the Peppermint and Lemon oil I started feeling so good right away that I overdid it and de-toxed right away. This is what caused that day of illness. I thank God for bringing me in contact with Young Living Oils and thank Gary Young for discovering all the uses for the therapeutic, pure oils.


Lavender for yeast infection

I have 'issues' with candida, too much yeast in my body, and will from time to time break out with a skin rash. I call it a 'diaper rash' because it of it's location. The skin becomes bright red, very sore, and itchy. I 'discovered' one day that Lavender directly on the affected skin took away the discomfort immediately.


One more application later in the day and my 'rash' was gone! This has worked for me on more than one occasion. It has also worked for me when I had a vaginal yeast infection. One or two applications and the irritation, soreness and itchiness was gone!


Disappearing "white tongue" and fatigue

My husband has had a wet and coated white tongue for as long as I've known him--he also complains of fatigue and brain fog. I've been using the following formula: 4 drops of Lemongrass, 6 melaleuca alternifolia, 2 thyme, 4 oregano in a gel cap x3 daily for the past 3 weeks. He has also stopped all sugar and lowered his fruits to one a day. His tongue is now 1/3 back to healthy red color and his fatigue is just starting to lift. These oils are miracles in a bottle!


My appreciation for the oils

This is a general report from having used the oils for about 6 months, starting very cautiously and occasionally to now. I not only use them every day, but have found myself looking forward to being immersed in their essences, like good food. More important than finding a new deep appreciation, I have broadened giving both to myself, and to those around me. My enthusiasm, gratitude and generosity have come to life.


This is my first post here. I have been a keen gardener/plant person for about 20 years. Thus seeing how Gary Young has connected with the plant properties astounds me. Together we can become whole.


More specifically I have systemic candida, diagnosed by live blood analysis, and have been self medicating with anti-fungal oils. I love Inner Defense, can't say exactly why. I am still experimenting with making my own caps.


Skin bumps on neck going away with Oregano oil

My husband has had painful bumps on the back of his neck for years. They are a bit like ingrown hairs or a cyst. Nothing has taken them away. We have used Frankincense, Thieves, Lavender.


The other day we had been talking about viruses and thought about using it for his neck. He put it straight on the spots and then realized how hot it is, then he put v-6 to dilute it a bit. The next day he woke up and the spots were almost gone. Now he is putting it on every once in a while to make sure it stays away.


We think it may have been some sort of a canker sore, Candida, herpes or something. We are very happy to report that the 'Snake- Oil' has worked again :) Thank you Young Living for therapeutic grade oils.
