12 oz/340 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz/170 g semi-sweet or other chips (peanut butter, butterscotch, etc.)
1 can (14 oz/400 g) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp/30 mL butter or margarine
1 tsp/5 mL Watkins Original Double-Strength Vanilla
1/2 to 1 cup/125 to 250 mL chopped nuts (if desired)
Watkkins Cooking Spray to coat pan
Combine all ingredients except nuts in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave (HIGH) just until chips are melted, about 2 minutes. Add nuts if desired; pour into 8-inch/20-cm square pan coated with Watkins Cooking Spray. Let cool; cut into squares.
