Laundry White "Recipe"

For those that have been bemoaning the disappearance of WATKINS LAUNDRY WHITE. Here's a "recipe" that one of our customers found in her Grandma's book dating back to the 1920s.

Combine 1 teaspoon Watkins CREAM of TARTAR and 1 quart of cold water. Soak the article in this solution overnight and the white will be restored. The next time you wash, the yellow will not re-appear.

This works great! Thanks for the reminder. My mother used to use this trick.
