A recommended formula for control of blood sugar which is equal parts of:

Thieves
Fennel
Dill
Coriander

You can put on wrists or bottoms of feet. Some like to wear it as a perfume, I personally find it a little to "dill" for that so choose to wear on my feet. As with other reports that have used this formula, when used consistently my cravings for sugar decrease as well as my overall appetite.
