Natural recipe to assist hurt Muscle, tendon or ligament

My mentor used the following mixture to assist when she had a challenge with her muscles.  Some have even used it as a natural aid to help with a hernia.

3 drops cistus
3 drops marjoram
2 drops copaiba
3 drops lemongrass

Mix with 5 drops Ortho Ease ™ massage oil, rub on at least two times a day.
