½ cup sifted flour1/3 cup sugar1 tsp Watkins Sea salt1 ¼ tsp Watkins baking soda2 cups cornmeal1 cup wheat germ½ cup sesame seeds2 cups buttermilk½ cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil3 large eggsSift together flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add cornmeal, wheat germ and sesame seeds. Blend. Combine liquid ingredients and blend in the eggs. Add liquid ingredients, all at once, to the dry ingredients and stir just until the dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened. Too much beating of any quick bread will make it tighten and possibly fall. Turn batter into a buttered loaf pan and bake in a 375 degree oven for 55 minutes or until brown and done.
